Ordering Policy

All custom dreamcatchers are made to order and will take 3-5 weeks to ship after full payment is made. For rush orders at an additional fee, please contact us at hey@dreamcatchrepeat.com.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Since each piece is custom and handmade, all sales are final. In some cases, items may be exchanged at the discretion of Dream Catch Repeat within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

Repairs

If for some reason the dreamcatcher or artwork is damaged in transit, we will fix it after it has been sent back and we'll pay for shipping (issued as a credit upon receiving the damaged item).

Shipping, Taxes & Duties

All shipping rates are calculated through USPS. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
